CP 67, located on Airport Road, Sector 67, Mohali, is the biggest mall in Mohali, redefining commercial and retail spaces with its state-of-the-art infrastructure. Developed by Unity Group and Homeland, this project integrates high-street retail, corporate offices, serviced apartments, and a PVR multiplex, making it a hub for business, entertainment, and hospitality.
The main entrance facade of CP 67 stands at an impressive 14.5 meters of unsupported height, seamlessly integrated with a transparent canopy and frameless vestibule, creating a grand and elegant lobby. The facade features laminated DGU glass, ensuring safety, thermal efficiency, and acoustic performance, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
The design incorporates a VS1-G glass fin system, harmonized with the vestibule to achieve a sleek, uninterrupted visual experience. The facade further integrates automated sliding doors and patch doors, reinforcing seamless accessibility while maintaining a modern, sophisticated aesthetic.
Custom-engineered solutions define the project, including specialized staircase railings frameless lift lobbies, and frameless vestibules, all meticulously designed to uphold structural integrity without compromising on transparency and elegance.
