Innovation Glass India Pvt. Ltd. is excited to announce the successful installation of a state-of-the-art diamond-shaped skylight at Sai Sindhu Hospital, located behind Yashoda Hospital in Hitech City, Hyderabad. This architectural marvel, positioned on the 7th floor between two towers, showcases cutting-edge engineering and design.
SKYLIGHT KEY FEATURES
Advanced Framing System: The skylight is constructed using VS1 aluminum members, eliminating the need for steel components, ensuring superior durability and aesthetic appeal.
Impressive Dimensions: Spanning 15 meters in width and 23 meters in length, the skylight enhances the hospital’s architectural grandeur.
Precision Engineering: The 15-meter unsupported span of the main mullion member posed a significant challenge, requiring expert engineering and installation techniques.
Motorized Girder System: To facilitate safe and efficient maintenance, a motorized girder system was designed, ensuring uninterrupted views from inside while providing proper parking space for maintenance operations.
Exceptional Glass Processing: Thanks to Yesho Tuff, pioneers in architectural glass, the skylight features flawless triangular glass panels with a ceramic frit pattern, ensuring optimal performance and visual appeal.
High-Performance Glass Specification: The 46.26mm thick DGU glass consists of: (8mm FT as innerlite+2.26 PVB Interlayer+8mm FT with ceramic frit pattern laminated glass+20mm AG+8mm FT glass with ST-167 performance coating as outerlite)
