Unity One Elegante at NSP is a flagship retail and lifestyle development by Unity Group, designed to offer a refined “bridge to luxury” shopping experience. Spanning nearly 700,000 sq. ft. across five levels, the mall integrates premium retail, gourmet dining, entertainment, and seamless direct metro connectivity, establishing itself as a vibrant urban landmark with a distinctly modern architectural identity.
At the heart of Unity One Elegante mall is an iconic circular atrium, featuring a dramatic ceiling installation with a curved, large-format digital screen. This immersive element enhances the sense of vertical openness while serving as a dynamic focal point that blends ambient lighting and multimedia content to elevate the overall visitor experience.
The facade is engineered using 185mm (7¼”) rectangular-shaped mullions arranged in an elegant oval configuration. With the minimalist VS1 structural glazing system, the design achieves a smooth, continuous curvature without horizontal members, creating a clean and fluid exterior expression. The floor-to-floor glazing spans from Level 3 to 6.
Additionally, the VS1 system is featured in the food court for architectural consistency. This precise glazing strategy reinforces the mall’s contemporary visual language while delivering performance, transparency, and seamless design continuity.
