Yashoda Medicity, Ghaziabad is a recently opened 1,200-bed super-specialty hospital located in Indirapuram, offering comprehensive care across 65+ medical disciplines, including advanced cancer treatment, modular ICUs, and a digitally enabled healthcare infrastructure. The facility also features 20+ state-of-the-art operating theatres, reinforcing its status as one of the most advanced medical institutions in the NCR.
A major milestone in its launch was the hospital’s inauguration by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, underscoring its national significance and its commitment to delivering world-class healthcare.
The hospital’s main entrance is defined by an impressive 11-meter-tall (36’) VS1 facade, supported by an intermediate steel floor at 7.1 meters (23’) above ground level. The design features robust 254mm (10”) bullet-shaped mullions paired with 38mm (1½”) DGU glass (12mm FT outer lite + 16mm air gap + 10mm inner lite), ensuring clarity, durability, and high thermal performance.
Enhancing both aesthetics and functionality, the entrance includes two frameless all-glass vestibules, each measuring 10.1m (33’) in length, 3.6m (11’ 10”) high, and 3.6m (11’ 10”) deep. The vestibules are with full-height glass panels and no visible framing, creating a striking sense of openness while serving as refined transition spaces for patients and visitors.
To maintain visual continuity and support modern hospital circulation, the facade and vestibules are fitted with automated sensor-based sliding doors, integrated within minimalist aluminum portal frames that preserve transparency and offer smooth, efficient access.
