Aerocity by Alborz Developers is a landmark commercial district near Delhi Airport, envisioned as a world-class business hub. Developed in phases by Bharti Realty under development rights from DIAL, the nearly 100-acre project is designed to enhance global connectivity and transform the airport zone into a modern, high-performing urban ecosystem.

A signature highlight of this project is the entrance lobby facade, engineered with the advanced VS1 324mm (12¾”) rectangular mullion. The design achieves a remarkable 13.3-meter (43’ 7”) unsupported span, welcoming visitors with an open and visually striking architectural statement. Patch-fitted glass doors are seamlessly incorporated into the facade, and above is a canopy with no diagonal bracing, supported exclusively by VS1 mullions. Together the facade and canopy form a clean, sleek, and structurally expressive facade language that elevates the entrance experience.
