Prestige City, Ghaziabad is a landmark 62.5-acre luxury township located in Siddharth Vihar, developed by Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. The master-planned development offers premium 3 to 6 BHK residences, supported by integrated retail, lifestyle amenities, and dedicated educational zones—creating a self-sustained urban living environment.

The Sales and Marketing Office features an architecturally striking facade constructed with the VS1 structural glazing system. The design employs robust 280mm (11”) bullet-shaped mullions to rise to a height of 9.1 meters (29’ 10¼”). A 205mm (8”) bullet-shaped mullion projects 4.5 meters (14’ 9”) outward to support a canopy. This innovative configuration eliminates the need for auxiliary structural framing—the canopy and its diagonal struts are anchored directly to the VS1 mullions, delivering both structural efficiency and a clean architectural expression.

A sleek automated sliding door sits beneath the canopy, framed within a minimalist aluminum portal. The design maximizes transparency and ensures a seamless visual flow between the exterior façade and the interior experience.
