Gravity loads from the corner glass panels are supported by a tension rod or 1”x1” tube along the vertical corner joint, while lateral forces are transferred around the corner via structural silicone. The tension rod option requires the vertical corner glass edges to be offset while the corner tube detail allows standard glass edges to be used.

Above the entry will be an 18-foot VS1 facade showcasing a feature exhibit. Pointing north will be an acute all-glass corner, a standard detail of the VS1 technology. At the top floor, a 12-foot VS1 wall will enclose an event space. The mullions will be at the exterior, creating a flush interior glass surface.
