 Two VS1-A230 direct glaze staircase enclosures

Innovation Glass is excited to once again partner with HDR Architecture and City Glass on the City of Omaha Millwork Commons Parking Garage in Nebraska.

VS1-A230, a direct glaze application of VS1, was selected for two staircase enclosures. The maximum clear span is 23’, and the overall span is 68’. The RS10RN mullion, a 10” rectangular profile with a reveal at the back, is used at the full-span locations, and the RS6R mullion, a similar 6” profile, is used at the shorter spans and at the parapet conditions. (At the parapet scopes, the VS1 mullion is at the exterior.) The module spacing is 4’ 10”.
