Panchshil Tech Park is a Grade A commercial campus strategically located across Hinjewadi and Viman Nagar, Pune. Designed to accommodate leading global tenants, the development plays a key role in reinforcing Pune’s position as a major IT and corporate hub.
The building is anchored by a landmark L-shaped entrance lobby spanning the base of two towers, executed using the high-performance VS1-A110 facade system. Rising to an unsupported height of 12.7m (42’), the lobby facade is built with the 324mm (12¾") bullet-shaped mullions at 2100mm (6’ 10”) on-center spacing, delivering structural strength with a clean, contemporary expression.
The facade features 40mm (1½”) IGUs composed of an 8mm outer lite, a 20mm air space, and 12mm inner lite. Jumbo glass panels measuring 2.1m (6’ 10”) by 3.3m (10’ 10”) enhance transparency while delivering superior thermal and acoustic performance. Automated sliding doors are seamlessly integrated into the VS1 aluminum portal system, ensuring smooth access without compromising architectural continuity.
